Nickname ;; Ko, Koko Age ;; 1 year Gender ;; Male Breed ;; Dog Sub-breed ;; German Shepherd-Corgi mix Pack ;; Venganza Rank ;; Hunter
Personality ;; Cheerful, affectionate to packmates, perhaps overaggressive to dogs outside of his pack. He can be rather careless and sometimes forgets to think of the feelings of the animals he is talking to. He never trusts dogs outside of his pack and often has to fight back the urge to attack them. He likes puppies and wolf cubs, though, in or out of his pack and thinks of them as "Funny bits of fluff". He makes most of the puppies and wolf cubs he meets angry at him, though, for when he listens to their opinions he finds their new and fresh ideas quite amazing and somewhat funny and begins to laugh at them. Also, when he plays with them he always stresses his gentleness and points out how easy he is going on them when they want a more serious playfight, which angers them even more. He often finds himself smitten with female dogs and even wolves but avoids getting a mate for fear of the responsibility as well as the fear invoked in him by the mates of all his choices.
History ;; For the first 3 months of his life, he was living quite happily with his parents, who were two dogs owned by a dog breeder. Until he was sold off to a young couple, where he lived also quite happily, but the young couple eventually decided that their unborn child should not be exposed to a dog at such an early age for fear of it getting a disease and soon sold him off to an elderly man with four other dogs The man was rather a strange one, and his dogs took after him, all of them being of old age and living with him all their lives. All of the dogs seemed to be filled with a sort of wisdom, but no matter what they said in the ways of advice for the future to little Kota, he could never understand. "Continue to perk your ears and listen, for what you may hear could be of use to you." one would say. "Nonsense! Filling this puppy with tripe! I declare that he should very well block himself out, for allowing other dogs into his life is always a cause of pain." another would growl. A third would then come in and say with anger to the second, "But haven't you allowed us into your life? What pain have we caused you? If anything at all we have eased the pain of all your losses, old ingrate!" and while they bickered, the old female would pad up to Kota and laugh, telling him not to mind them. One day, though, as Kota and the old She-Dog were sitting by-side watching the other dogs bicker, they all got a strange sense that something horrible had happened. Each dog went silent. The three males stopped growling, and the female stopped laughing as they all shivered and then made a dash to their owners room. At the time, Kota did not understand what had happened. He followed the other dogs, though he lost them around corners, and found them all standing in front of their masters room. The female dog pushed the door open and all the dogs walked slowly into the room. Their master was, as they all had feared, dead. As soon as it was confirmed their master was dead, the female dog whirled around, grabbed small Kota by the scruff and began to drag him away. She dropped him to push open the front door and told him to follow her. As they were walking through the front yard, Kota heard snarls and threatening barks from the house and realized that him and all the other dogs had not been fed for several days, since their master became too weak to move. He hadn't paid attention to the hunger the other dogs must have felt, because he was always full himself from eating the potted plants. He shivered as he realized what the other dogs must be fighting over, and then found himself walking through a forest. He hadn't been paying attention to where the female dog was leading him. She stopped walking, and gave several short, sharp barks. Eventually, a huge wolf emerged from the shadows of the trees and asked just what the female was doing in the forest in a gruff tone of voice, though his tail was wagging and he was obviously pleased to see her. She replied that she had a puppy to put into his care. Her eyes glinted with something Kota couldn't understand, but the wolf seemed to pick up something from the fierce look and stared at a Kota in shock. He stuttered that he would look after Kota as long as he lived, and asked why she was sending Kota away. The she-dog simply said her master had died, and that seemed to be explanation enough for the wolf. The wolf took Kota to his pack, Venganza, and stuck to his promise by taking care of Kota most admirably. It was only later, when the wolf was dying and told Kota that he was indeed the his cub that Kota understood the glint in the eyes of the old she-dog, and how she had tricked her former mate into taking Kota in. Kota hadn't the heart to say anything except for, "Father." and the wolf died, happy he had taken care of what he had believed to be his son and Kota felt that the wolf had really been his father, even though they were not really related.
RP Example ;; Pepperfur stalked the mouse, watching it as she crept closer. She noticed its nose twitching and observed as it began to clean it's whiskers with its front paws. "A little like a cat does." thought Pepperfur her eyes wide with wonder as she stared at the small creature. It seemed to sense her getting closer. Its ears perked in alertness and its whiskers went forward. She made a leap for it which ended up slightly off and hooked it with her claws as it tried to dash away. She then ended its life with a swift bite to its neck. Her fur was slightly ruffled with embarrassment at the miscalculation she had made in her jump, even though no cat had been watching. She took the mouse up in her mouth and carried it to camp feeling a slight sense of pity for the creature. On her way to camp, however, she spotted a vole and instantly thought about her sisters’ kittens, which had yet to taste one. This time, she crept closer and closer until she was absolutely sure she would catch it, and then pounced on the small creature. It gave a loud squeal, and instantly three other voles, two mice, and a rabbit shot out of various bushes. The rabbit, in its panic, slammed into her as it ran away, the mice ran between her paws, and the voles climbed over her tail and dived into a thorny bush. Her mouth hung open, her eyes were wide with shock, and her fur was ruffled and bushed. Eventually, after taking several deep breaths, she turned back to the vole, which was also looking stricken and breathless. She realized it was just as surprised at what happened as she was. “That doesn’t happen every day, huh.” She told it, in a shaky voice. It looked up at her and gave a weak squeak. Pepperfur then decided the kittens would have to wait for their first taste of vole, and let the little critter go. She watched it walk away, with a warm feeling in her heart, knowing she had done an act of mercy. She sat there, watching it walk away. Her clanmate Goldenheart suddenly pounced on it and killed it with one slash of his claws. “AAAGH!” yowled Pepperfur. “What?” asked Goldenheart, his eyes wide and fur bristling. “Was it yours?” “Ugh.” Pepperfur moaned. “What? What is it?” said Goldenheart, worriedly. “Nothing,” sighed Pepperfur. They walked back to camp side-by-side, Goldenheart holding the vole in his mouth and glancing worriedly at Pepperfur from time to time, and Pepperfur holding her mouse and staring straight ahead. (Hope it's okay to put a RP sample from another RP I play. Warrior cats one.)
