Accepting and generous to those in her pack, Shikoba can be struck as a rather...strange canine. Mood swings tend to be common with her, but she's mostly very easy to get along with, if a little prickly and distant when you first met her. She's similiar to an elder, prickly on the outside, soft and mushy on the inside. Most view her as the kind to simply watch what is going on and wait to act until the last minute before utter disastor happens. She cares deeply for her packmates, going to extreme lengths to witness the training of each apprentice at least once and keep in touch with numerous members of her pack. She's the one who would starve herself if it meant another pack member could be happy and full for one night. The only reason she is not alphess, nor probably ever will be, is because she dislikes being in complete charge of everything. Being deputiess is kind of like being in partial charge, which she can handle. She'd got a good, level head on her shoulders, and while most view her as serious, she does loosen up among her pack mates and has fun with them from time to time. She lives for the hunt and the feel of the wind running through her fur and can viewed as a tom boy. Her vibrantly colored coat of bright autumn golds is often covered in a 'healthy coat of dirt' as she puts it. She doesn't remember her puppyhood very well due to memory loss. The right side of her face is covered in a large scar from the base of her skull to the end of her snout. Her ear is shredded into tiny ribbon strings and nerve damage is present on the right side of her face. This is the result of her memory loss.

Born into the Venganza Pack, Shi's mother whisked her away the moment she could, leaving behind her yearling son, who'd already been brainwashed. Shi's mother was basically a breeding whore amongst the pack. She left too late to save her cub from already being in contact with the yearlings, which developed her strong desire to improve her fighting. The alpha at the time found out of Shikoba's real parentage, the product of real love and not perfectly chosen parents to produce the perfect fighting machine, as was the result of Shi's older brother. The alpha committed the deed that resulted in Shi's mother dying and Shi obtaining her scar. The pack left Shi to die of her injuries, but the pup, showing the determination of her elder brother, managed to cross into Lerenzo lands. They raised her as one of their own, even though none knew where she came from. Shikoba is well aware she is not part of Lerenzo by birth, but she has more than proven herself as one of the pack. It is not often that a deputiess is chosen before the deputy.
